Terms for using Image2AIVideo

These terms describe Image2AIVideo as it works today. We may update them as the service develops; the date above shows the current version.
Image2AIVideo provides account registration and sign-in, profile and security settings, credit packs paid through PayPal, and a studio that generates short videos and images from your prompts and, optionally, images you add (a starting image, images to edit, or reference images). Finished results are saved privately in My creations and kept while your account exists, until you remove them. Images you upload are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Which models and settings are offered may change over time.
Keep your own copies of anything you want to retain.
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access controls. Account settings include password management and account deletion controls.
We do not claim ownership of images or text you provide. Only submit content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted where needed.
For avatars, permission to handle the image is limited to storing, delivering and displaying it as your profile image. These terms do not grant a general license to sell your content or use it in advertising.
Avatars are publicly accessible. Images you add to a generation are stored privately and shared with our generation provider only to create your result. See the Privacy Policy for how this works and the current limitations of file deletion.
Do not use the service to upload malicious files, access someone else's data, impersonate others deceptively, violate others' rights, or interfere with the service. Do not generate content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that depicts real people without their permission. The model providers apply their own content rules and may refuse a request; a refused or failed generation returns its credits. More detailed content rules will be published as the service develops.
Videos and images are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs through PayPal; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. 1 USD buys 10 credits, and the cost in credits is shown before you generate. When you ask for several results at once, each result is a separate generation at the same price, and the total is shown. Credits held for a result that fails to generate are returned automatically. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists and are forfeited if you delete your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy: unused purchases can be refunded in full within 7 days, and partly used purchases can be refunded for the unused credits, less PayPal's processing fee.
Generated videos and images are delivered to your account for viewing and download. We do not claim ownership of them. We do not currently promise a particular generation time, the continued availability of a model, commercial-use permission or exclusive ownership of outputs; these depend in part on the model providers' terms.
We may change or suspend parts of the service, for example when a model provider changes or stops a model. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
