Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy describes how Image2AIVideo currently works. We will update it when the service changes; the date above shows the current version.

Account information

• Account details: your name, email address, verification status and profile image, if provided. Email-and-password accounts store a password hash, not the password in plain text.
• Google sign-in: when you choose Google, we use the account details returned through the sign-in flow, including your email, name and profile image when available.
• Session and security information: session identifiers and technical details used to authenticate requests, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Authentication records may include an IP address and user-agent information. Sign-in and generation requests use rate limits based on your account or an IP-derived key to reduce automated abuse.
• Account emails: the email address and message information needed to send verification and password reset emails.

Prompts, images and generated media

When you generate a video or an image, we receive and store:

• Your prompt and settings (model, length, shape, resolution), the price in credits, the status of the request and the cost reported by our generation provider. These records belong to your account and appear in My creations.
• Images you add to a generation (a starting image, images to edit, or reference images). They are uploaded to private storage (Cloudflare R2) and are not public. To create your result, our generation provider receives a signed link to each image that expires after one hour.
• Results. Finished videos and images are copied from the provider into private storage. Only your signed-in account can view or download them through our site.

Generation runs through Kie.ai, which passes your prompt and image to the model you choose. The models offered are made by MiniMax (H3), ByteDance (Seedance and Seedream) and OpenAI (GPT Image). Their handling of the data they receive is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We make no promise about whether providers use inputs for model training.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or images containing sensitive personal information.

Profile avatars are different: choosing Upload Avatar sends that image to our storage with a public URL. Avatars are not private files. Do not use sensitive documents or confidential images as avatars.

Payments

Credit packs are paid through PayPal. PayPal processes your payment details; we do not receive or store your card number. We store the order reference, pack, amount, currency, payment status, and PayPal order, capture and refund identifiers so we can add credits, handle refunds and resolve disputes. Payment records are kept even if you delete your account, without the link to your account. PayPal's handling is described in its Privacy Statement.

Service providers

We use Neon for account and generation records, Cloudflare (Workers hosting, R2 private and avatar storage, Turnstile abuse prevention), Kie.ai and the model providers above for generation, PayPal for payments, Resend for account emails, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services, which may take place outside your country.

Retention and account controls

You can edit your profile and delete your account in Settings → Security. Account deletion is refused while a video or image is still being generated, so that it can finish and be settled. When an account is deleted, its generation records are deleted and the service attempts to remove its private images, generated results and avatars from storage; storage failures may require a cleanup retry. These operations do not guarantee immediate removal from browser caches, delivery records, logs or provider backups, and they do not remove data already held by Kie.ai, the model providers or PayPal.

While your account exists:

• Results are kept in private storage until you remove them from My creations or delete your account. Removing an item stops it being shown and deletes its result file; the billing record of that generation is kept.
• Images you upload are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, whether or not they were used. Removing an item from My creations also deletes the images it was made from once every result of that request has finished.

These deletions remove our stored copies; they do not guarantee immediate removal from browser caches, logs or provider backups, and they do not remove data already held by Kie.ai or the model providers.

Optional services

Marketing subscriptions and analytics are not enabled. Their use must be reviewed and disclosed before activation.
